MAY 18, 2015. Insane! I was raised to never kick a person who is down (on their luck) but i guess there are others who may have received a different message. Anyway, heartless and stupid to treat welfare recipients (who would ever want to be on welfare?) with such utter contempt.
The people of Kansas and those of likemindedness—shameful!
